Welcome to The Coeur Club ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, classes, and memberships. By accessing our website or engaging in our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms:

USE OF WEBSITE: You agree to use our website lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. You may not interfere with the site's operation or security, use it to engage in unlawful or harmful activities or attempt to access protected or restricted areas without authorization.

COOKIES: Our website use “cookies” to enhance your browsing experience and improve our services. Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help websites remember your preferences, login details, and activity to provide a smoother, more personalized experience. We use cookies for Essential Functionality, Performance & Analytics, Personalization, and Marketing. You can chose to accept or decline cookies through your browser settings. Please note that disabling certain cookies may impact your ability to access full functionality of the site or book classes online. Some cookies may be set up by trusted third-party services we use - such as analytics providers, or payment processors. These cookies are subject to the privacy policies of those third parties.

ACCOUNT: When using our website, members will be asked to provide personal information such as your name, contact details, and any relevant health or fitness background. This information is collected to ensure a safe, personalized, and efficient experience with our services. All personal information provided is securely stored and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. We do not share, sell, or distribute your information without your consent, except where required by law. By registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as necessary to maintain its accuracy. Your information will only be used for purposes related to The Coeur Club and its services. The Coeur Club reserves the right to refuse, terminate accounts/members, remove/edit content in their sole discretion.

REGISTRATION OF MINORS: If you are between the age of 15 - 17, a parent or guardian must be present of the minor’s first visit to complete all waivers and forms in person, or electronically. Parents may also be asked to attend a brief consultation to discuss expectations, goals and class guidelines. Participation is subject to instructor approval and may require private sessions or parent/guardian accompaniment depending on class type. The Coeur Club reserves the right to limit minor participation based on safety, maturity and physical readiness.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS: All Monthly Memberships, Drop-In's, and Class Cards are non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions. Clients who terminate any Monthly Recurring membership without 30 days notice will be required to pay a $75 early cancelation fee. Note that all Monthly Recurring Memberships may be cancelled at any point with 30 days written, or verbal notice. Cancellations made via Instagram, Text or Facebook will not be validated.

CLASS REGISTRATION: It is recommended to pre-register for classes on our mobile app or website to secure a spot. Walk-ins are welcome, but not guaranteed. Class reservations become available 7-21 days in advance depending on type of Membership purchased [Yearly: 21 days, Monthly Unlimited: 10] The booking window closes 5 minutes before class. You must cancel your scheduled class at least 6 hours in advance or you will be charged a $20 late cancellation/no-show fee, and lose the class credit. Any cancellations can be made online, or via mobile app.

WAITLIST: Once a class has reached full capacity, you will automatically be placed on the waitlist. Should a spot become available, a notification will be sent via email or app notification (please ensure notifications are enabled) at least 2 HOURS prior to the class time. If you do not receive any notification, regrettably, no spots have opened and you will not incur any charges for the class. The class credit will be automatically reinstated to your account for future use. Please be advised that even if you do not secure a spot in the class, the credit used for booking remains non-refundable.

LATE POLICY: To maintain respect for our team and members, late-comers will not be admitted to class once it is scheduled to start. This will result in the deduction of the reservation/class from your account. Please be advised that instructors do not have authority to override this policy. Studio door closes 1 minute before class, and spots to stand-by guests will be released 2 minutes before the class starts.

RETAIL & MERCHANDISE: Unused, regular-priced merchandise will be accepted for a full refund within 7 days of purchase and will be issued to original form of payment. Proof of purchase needed. Items purchased on sale or at a discounted rate are non-refundable. For questions or support with purchases or returns, please contact thecoeurclub@gmail.com

GIFT CARDS: All gift cards are non-refundable. No exceptions. Gift cards are not exchangeable for cash and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: All content on our website—including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and class concepts—is the property of The Coeur Club and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

CODE OF CONDUCT: We strive to foster an inclusive and respectful community. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate memberships for individuals who behave inappropriately toward staff or other members. All members must adhere to studio etiquette, including respectful behaviour, appropriate attire, and a willingness to participate safely. Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the class, or membership termination.

PRIVACY: We respect your privacy. Please refer to our [Privacy Policy] for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS: We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The Coeur Club is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in classes, use of facilities, or use of this website. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting a new fitness regimen. Clients are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit for participation, and are aware that most classes are heated. By attending classes, you acknowledge the risks involved in physical activity and agree to participate at your own risk.

GOVERNING LAW: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
